Leading a team of DevOps engineers, responsible for driving the strategy, design, and implementation of a centralized internal developer platform that powers multiple engineering teams across the organization.

• Team Leadership: Leading a team of skilled DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration.
• Platform Engineering: Designing and evolving a centralized platform that supports self-service infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and runtime environments.
• Developer Experience: Continuously improving the usability, reliability, and performance of the platform to enhance the developer experience and reduce cognitive load.
• Operations & Reliability: Ensuring the platform itself is robust, highly available, secure, and monitored, with clearly defined SLAs and incident response practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with development teams, security, and product stakeholders to align platform capabilities with engineering needs and business goals.

• Implemented Kubernetes(K8s) clusters to manage the transition to fully managed containerized workloads
• Set up a landingzone following the AWS well architected framework
• Migrated all workloads to AWS with minimal downtime using DMS for online datastore replication, ensuring cloud-native migration
• Ensured development teams could work efficiently following DevOps principles
• Architected AWS accounts to meet PCI-compliance standards
• Created internal applications and packages for development teams to easily deploy infrastructure or set up CI/CD
